Limitation of Liability

By purchasing any products or services from Garden of Eden Co. Flower Farm & Home—including but not limited to pure honey sticks, hand-blended skin cream, floral bath salts, and specialty cut flowers—the Client acknowledges the natural and handmade nature of these goods.

Furthermore, the Client agrees that the Seller's total aggregate liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of these products or services (including but not limited to any allergic reactions, natural product variations, or DIY flower handling) shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the Client for said products or services.
In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 

Crop Failure & Unforeseen Circumstances

As a homestead farm, our production is subject to the natural elements. In the rare event of a total crop failure due to extreme weather (frost, flood, or drought), pest pressure, or plant disease, Garden of Eden Co. Flower Farm & Home reserves the right to cancel or modify a flower order. In such an event, we will notify the Client immediately and offer the following options: (1) A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable floral items, or (2) the substitution of available blooms of equal or greater value that align with the Client’s color palette and aesthetic. Garden of Eden Co. Flower Farm & Home shall not be liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from such a cancellation.
